I wrote a previous review about the quality of the products from Traditional Kilt. As I said then, the craftsmanship and the materials far exceeded my expectations. As I also said, I highly recommend this company.

In my follow-up communications with Traditional Kilt (more specifically, with Sufyan on their Customer Service team), I contacted them about a small matter regarding my order. To my astonishment, they fully addressed the issue within a week! Which was crucial for me because I was getting married 10 days before I contacted them. And keep in mind, they are in Pakistan (this was during a national catastrophe with flooding across the country) and I was in the US. They completely fixed the issue to my absolute happiness. Additionally, they also made a special design for a lady's sash for my wife in my clann tartan. Just unbelievable how great this company and Sufyan in particular were during that final crazy, stressful week before my wedding!

This is by far the best, most customer-focused company I have ever encountered. They are completely committed to making their customers happy. They really understand that giving each customer exceptional service and products is the path to long-term business success.

I encourage you to consider this company for all your kilt amd accessories needs and to forego the others on the web who seems - from my experience - much less interested in serving their customers even though you will pay anywhere from 4x-6x times more for their products (you can compare the prices yourself) of what seems to be identical quality.

I was shopping around for a kilt for my wedding when I stumbled upon this company in my search. I had spoken to other vendors in England, Scotland, and the US and viewed a dozen other sites. Most did not carry this tartan and the the one who did told me the wait was anywhere from 12 to 22 weeks! Insane i thought. I'd just about given up my search when I found Traditional Kilt. And after everything id heard during my previous search, I was very skeptical when I learned the could fulfill my order in 10 days in my clan tartan when other vendors said it was impossible because of resource shortages in the textile industry. I was also very hesitate because Traditional Kilt is located in Pakistan, which at the time of my inquiry was suffering national devastation from major floods across the country. But there were no options and I decided to gamble on buying a kilt and an Argyll jacket/vest, cautiously thinking I might not get the order, might not get it in time (I needed it in three weeks), and might get something of low quality. Right after submitting my order, I received a confirmation and quickly after that, an inquiry about my measurements. (I mis-measured my sleeve length.) That gave me confidence in my purchase. Then I received an email my order shipped - about two days earlier than expected. But that excitement soon dulled when after a week of checking the tracking, it showed the package was still sitting in Pakistan. I became concerned. I emailed the vendor and they promptly responded with another friendly greeting, looked into the problem, and found that there was a mix up with the labeling. They sent me the new tracking number. The next day, the package arrived, a week after it shipped. I was cautiously optimistic when I opened it. I quickly tried it on and was absolutely thrilled: kilt and jacket/vest are the exact right fit, with high quality fabric and stitching. I want to tell everyone to buy from this company.
